1. Research Use Only

All products sold by MediPeptide are supplied strictly for laboratory research, analytical and in-vitro experimentation purposes. Products are not for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, cosmetic, food or household use. By placing an order you represent that you are a qualified researcher, at least 21 years of age, and that the products will be handled only by individuals trained in safe laboratory practice.

2. Eligibility & Account

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe products may be misused. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment instructions are provided at checkout; orders that remain unpaid after 72 hours may be cancelled and stock released.

4. Product Information

Purity and composition data are provided per batch for research reference. Specifications describe the material as supplied; stability after reconstitution depends on your handling and storage conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediPeptide is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling or use of our products. Your exclusive remedy is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MediPeptide harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these terms, including any use of products contrary to their research-only designation.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
