Processing & Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 2 PM CT on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders are processed after payment confirmation; manual payments are typically confirmed within a few hours during business hours.

Rates

A flat shipping rate applies to U.S. orders, and orders over $300 ship free. The exact rate is always shown at checkout before you place an order.

Packaging

Products ship in plain, protective packaging with cold-chain-appropriate insulation where required. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit.

Tracking

A tracking number is added to your order once it ships — check it any time via Track Order using your order number and email.
