Refund & Returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the items or refund the affected amount in full.

Returns

Because our products are temperature- and handling-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days; refunds are issued after inspection, less outbound shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before payment confirmation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but the returns process above applies.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued in the payment method used at purchase (for crypto payments, at the USD value confirmed at order time) within 5 business days of approval.
